FlexGalaxy.AI device platform — help

These guides cover the TrustMint device applications in the FlexGalaxy.AI account console. Sign in at https://console.flexgalaxy.ai, choose an account, and open an application from the top-bar product switcher. The selected account is the tenant boundary for every list, change, and audit entry shown by these applications.

Choose the app for the job

App

Use it for

ThingMake

Device models, registrars, factory integrations, and provisioning lifecycle.

ThingHub

Account repositories, scopes, placement, and cross-account scope grants.

ThingFeed

Ingestion adapters and normalized data streams.

ThingIO

Telemetry queries, digital twins, and device attributes.

ThingLogic

Processing pipelines, rules (threshold and deadman), and alarm operations.

ThingBand

Destinations (sinks) used by ThingLogic pipelines.

ThingLab

Reusable virtual-device templates, profiles, rigs, and emulation runs.

ThingMint is the internal certificate and license authority used by these flows. It does not have a tenant console application; see ThingMint and certificate operations for the user-visible boundary.

A typical flow

  1. Define a public device model and registrar in ThingMake.

  2. Connect a factory service and provision devices in ThingMake.

  3. Place visible devices into repositories and scopes in ThingHub.

  4. Normalize incoming data with a ThingFeed adapter and stream.

  5. Inspect telemetry, desired/reported twin state, and attributes in ThingIO.

  6. Create destinations in ThingBand, then connect streams to destinations with ThingLogic pipelines and rules.

  7. Rehearse the flow with virtual devices in ThingLab before using hardware.

Access and safety

  • The console shows only operations allowed by your current DotID grants.

  • Sharing your devices with another company — a partner, a software publisher, or a license authority — is covered in Sharing device data with another account.

  • Browser applications call same-origin private console routes. Do not copy those routes into an external integration; external APIs are published separately at api.flexgalaxy.ai.

  • Destructive operations use a review or typed-confirmation step. Read the target, scope, current state, and requested state before confirming.
