Using DotID apps

DotID appears in the FlexGalaxy console as a set of focused apps. Each app has one job; use this page to choose the right place to go.

Links that open an application for an organization also start at PassPort. See Opening an application link for the link shapes and what to do when an application will not open.

These apps load inside the Account or admin console. PassPort remains a registered-application sign-in entry rather than a console workspace.

If you do not see an app tile you expect, your account probably does not have the required role or permission set. Contact your account administrator or FlexGalaxy support.

Troubleshooting app workflows

StartPoint does not show the account you need Ask your account administrator to verify your account assignment or Identity Center permission set. StartPoint only shows accounts DotID can prove you can enter.

An app opened on a setup page instead of its normal home page The account you entered has not been activated yet. See Accounts that activate when you use them.

QuotaCenter says a quota cannot be changed Some quotas are read-only or require platform approval. Submit a quota-increase request from QuotaCenter; platform operators review it in HarborMaster.

Account settings are missing Root-user MFA and password policy are fixed platform controls. Service-user and policy workflows remain in Account; broad account settings are not user-editable from the console.

TraceBook does not show an event Check that you are viewing the correct Account and time range. Cross-account audit investigation is available to platform operators in TrekLogs, not in an Account user’s TraceBook view.

Notification Center is empty Notifications are scoped to your current identity and session context. If you switched accounts recently, refresh the page or return through StartPoint so the shell can attach the current account and session headers.
