Creating an account¶
Your FlexGalaxy.AI account is created through the console’s sign-up flow:
Open console.flexgalaxy.ai.
Choose Create new account and register with your email address.
Sign in with that email — the first sign-in verifies the address and creates your account’s root user. Keep those root credentials safe: the root user is the one identity that can always act on the account.
A fresh account starts in a pending state: it becomes Active as soon as it is first staffed — either a person is given access through a permission set, or the account’s first service user is created (see Account activation and Service users).
Only the first root user is created in the browser; the CLI never creates an account. Once your account exists, everything after that — service users, access keys, permission sets — can be managed from the console or through the CLI.
Homing (region). Where your account is homed decides which regional endpoint its devices and data use (for example Korea/Seoul). Placement is one-time and set while FlexGalaxy onboards you — if you need a region other than the default, say so before your account is set up.
