This software and associated documentation files (the “Software”) are proprietary and confidential to FlexGalaxy AI.

License Grant¶

FlexGalaxy AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for the purposes authorized by FlexGalaxy AI under a separate written agreement.

Restrictions¶

You may not, without the express prior written permission of FlexGalaxy AI:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
Distribute, transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the Software to any third party
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
Use the Software for any purpose other than as expressly authorized

Ownership¶

The Software is licensed, not sold. FlexGalaxy AI and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein.

No Warranty¶

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability¶

IN NO EVENT SHALL FLEXGALAXY AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

Termination¶

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.
