NovaBell notifications

NovaBell delivers the notifications shown in the FlexGalaxy.AI console and, when configured, by email. You do not sign in to NovaBell separately.

Notification Center

Open Notifications from the bell in the console top bar to:

• read your notification history;

• filter unread notifications;

• mark one notification or all notifications as read; and

• follow an action link back to the product that created the notification.

The active Account or Organization limits which notifications you can see. Changing context never moves or copies notifications between Accounts.

Delivery and security

In-console notifications use your current console session. NovaBell does not ask for, store, or display access-key secrets. Email delivery uses the address owned by your human identity Profile or workforce directory.

If a notification is missing, refresh Notification Center and confirm that you selected the expected Account or Organization. Contact support with the approximate time, notification category, and selected context; never include passwords, MFA codes, access keys, or session tokens.
